Sounds like the key or dess post is bad to me and not the relay since you weren't getting beeps. Do you have another key to try out? Learners key?

I have tried another key, all was working good monday (minus the starter solenoid) now it seems that after doing the screwdriver test across the solenoid all has gone to shit...
I just tested voltage at the battery : it is good
I tested voltage from ground terminal from battery to 1st 30 amp fuse : it is good
I tested voltage from ground terminal from battery to 2nd 30 amp fuse : it is good

Sounds like the cables are backwards. Meaning the pos from the battery is on the terminal where the cable goes for the starter. Follow what I am saying?

OK, so here is what was going on, after about 6 hrs of messing with and testing every thing, and I mean everything, I found that the positive wire coming from the positive terminal of the battery going to the power side of the solenoid was making power but the power wasn't going all the way to the mini fuse panel.... so strange because it was the night before and all before that as well. After some more looking and testing I came to the conclusion that the two extra 18 gauge wires that carry power to the mini fuse box were somehow broken loose from the crimp and had corroded. I think they were bad for the past two years which explains why it had issues starting after I was jumping large waves. So any ways I have it back together and none of the dealers were able to figure it out for less than $864.
