How fast will the xlt 1200 2005 2 stroke go?

My speedometer says 64 with about 1/4 tank. Are these meters usually wrong? Anybody have one stock that they clocked with a gun? I know it won't be exact, but it'll give me an idea of how far off.
    Thanks,
    Tom

Factory speedo's are NEVER correct. I would guess it to be between 2-5 MPH fast but thats just a guess. Buy an inexpensive GPS like the Garmin Etrex or simular and see what you get.
