Help Dialing In 2001 GP1360R Single Pipe Set-Up

I'm trying to help someone dial in a 2001 GP1200R with a Riva 1360 big bore set-up. Here is the information I know about it:

    2001 GP1200R
Riva 1360 big bore that a local guy did all the machine work and porting on
Riva billet head set-up with 48cc domes (He is running straight 91 octane mixed 32:1 with Amsoil)
    R&D M16 reed valves
    Riva boost bottle intake
Riva 48mm Powerbombs (Not 100% sure on jetting but he thought it was 190 mains and 150 pilots; 2.5 needle and seats with 115 gram springs)
    3 Mikuni fuel pumps
    Riva flame arrestors
MSD total loss ignition (Static timing on mag and center set at 25 degrees and pto at 21 degrees; retard begin 5000 rpm; 7500 rpm rev limited; mag and center 14 degrees at 7500 rpm and pto is 10 degrees at 7500 rpm)
    Riva S3 exhaust

    Stock GP1200R Pump
    Solas Concord 14/21
    R&D Trim Tabs
    Pro-Tec Intake Grate
    Pro-Tec Ride Plate
    I think a Pro-Tec reduction nozzle
R&D auto trim set-up with R&D turn nozzle
Riva sponsons set all the way down
    Riva pump stuffer kit

I just had the ski out yesterday and it was running 6960-6990 for rpms. I didn't have my radar gun with me but I was told it would run in the low 70s. I'm thinking with everything that is done though, this ski should be in the mid to high 70s. Any recommendations on changes to try, I'd greatly appreciate.

Low 70's no way I would probably do the 05 newer pump
That ski dialed in should do 80 mph.. I have a ported 1300R and will probably see 75-78 mph easy out of it... You should definately hit up WFO hell help you out...

The ride plate, intake grate and trim tabs are killing your speed. also the rpms should be up in 7000-7200 range. The ski probably handles well with that stuff, but they are speed killers.
