    300 super charger belt

    How long have you gone on yours? I have about 90 on mine and she still looks brand new

    Chris Farnley have 152 hours on the shop demo and still fine.

    I don't think anyone has broken one yet. I have a feeling they will last a long time mine looked good when I switched mine out at 70 hrs for race insurance purposes only.will be interesting to see how long they last

    I think it all depends on how the craft is ridden. For recreational usage and right cleaning after every run in the sea, it should last a long time.

    With the automatic tensioner, the belt is designed to last longer and provide more reliable performance than the PITA 250/260 setup.
    Just make sure the tensioner pivot bolt on the 300x tensioner is not corroded/locked up because there is very little lube on the bolt from the factory (if any).
    Remove, clean and lube the bolt with plenty waterproof grease.

    also make sure the chrome cap nut on the top of the mount is tight , I have seen them fall off and put a hole in the sump , they dont even have loctite from factory ..........Mine does now

    157hrs and still good sounds awesome! glad to hear the belt itself seems to be another non-issue not just for me but everyone

    Yep new head ,valve train ,rods ,timing set up ,pump shaft ,pump ,sc ,super charger belt and tensioner ,display ,oil. Cooler, flush system, trim system. They sure did a big upgrade wether people realize it or not. Good job Kawi couple more items and she will be perfect
