make sure the bolts are tightened..
    may last year..

the pump bolts are known for loosening up and sometimes falling out..
I had 3 loose 1 missing when i brought it to dealer..

They SHOULD BE REPLACING the pump bolts, not making sure they are tight!!!!

They go from a allen head screw to a traditional hex head bolt

Does anyone have a copy of the recall? I just bought a leftover 2011 RXT 260 last week.

also know for breaking. If I read the parts lists right for 2012, Doo elimated the pump being bolted to the ride plate, and its back to being bolted through the transom of the ski.

On the 2012 RXTX only. The RXT/GTX still have the pump bolted to the plate.

I thought it was more of an issue with the intake grate/ride plate alignment?
The new bolts were a bit longer too...
