    The Garfield Ski

Picked up a 96 SLT780 last night for $125, no trailer, no title. I just can't help it........It's a disease.........

Owner hit me up with the "should just need a starter to run" line.

Turns out it acutally just needed a starter replaced to run (thanks Kevin). Sprayed some fogging oil in the cylinders and read 135 - 140 on all three! Got her to fire last night. Now I have a full 780 setup PLUS an extended pump to swap into Gnadenhutten if I so choose.

Also now have a handlebar pad and working oval MFD for my other ski. In fact, the only things missing were a battery, thumb throttle, and choke knob. The exterior is stripped of all decals and bumpers, but even came with two wrap around style jet ski fenders and a ratchet strap tie down!

I wonder if the ride plate on the 96 SLT will swap out with the 94 SLT...

If anybody is interested in a 96 SLT hull, let me know!!!

I may have a purple seat handle available too....

Ride plate will not swap. Why not just run the SLT 780? If you ride any kind of rough water its a way better ride than the SLT 750.

SWEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im trying to work a deal just like that right now except this one has a title. It would be tempting to sway the motors but I say wait for something to go wrong with the 750 first then u have a good reason to.

    Great deal!!!!

And honestly, her SLT 750 handles just as well as the SLT 780 we ride with. And it's a lighter hull too.
