a big thanks to yamaha australia for coming to the party on warranty on my super charger clutch,even after being out of warranty by 14months.....

We have been in contact with your Yamaha dealer and have discussed
the merits of your request for assistance. They have advised that the
unit has been properly maintained and serviced.
As well, you are both loyal customers, both of Yamaha and their dealership.
As you are aware your vessel has been out of warranty for some time (14
months). However, Yamaha will supplyparts only to replace the failed
tacho drive (clutch) as a goodwill gesture.
We feel once this has been replaced you continue to have reliable service
from your Yamaha marine product.
