Im guilty of being a little ancious. Well i was re doing all lines tonight. Lol whoever rebuilt it screwed everything up. Reserve line was going straight to fuel pump. Nothing was comming thru selector switch nothing going thru the water seperator. There was lines connected here there and everywhere.. idk how it run.. clean or how he would ever have cut fuel off. Or how he kept water outta fuel..
Like i said im somewhat mecnicaly inclined. I found rerve line and main line by blowing into tank lines ones with bubbles up top is main line bubbles deep is reserve no bubbles on 2 one would be return and one vent.. lol hooked all up thru selector then water sep like supposed to be.
Ill put T into line between 2nd and 3 rd carb and install all new partz tommarrow. Or tempt to.. i say itll be hard compressing rings and putting jug on in the hull.. ANY TIPS?

That's xactly what I'm talking about. Take your time, go through the ski completely. (who knows what else the previous owner screwed up)
Glad you figured out the fuel hoses and routed properly. Do you have the fuel restrictor installed into the return hose?
As for the rings, make sure the arrow on piston is facing the front, rings are gapped properly, use you your fingerss to compress the rings, and that the ring ends line up over the locator pins correctly.
Not a bad idea to temp. install the exhaust manifold before you tighten down the cyl base bolts. If you don't, there's a chance the base gasket may get damaged.
Good luck
