    old school xp 800 project

i started rebuilding this about three weeks ago.first pic is what i started with, three weeks later its black and orange(had it wrapped by king of wraps of npr, great people, great work)...i thought i would throw it together and go have some fun this weekend @ panama city round 1 of the ijsba deal, havent raced since 99-2000.but after waiting forever my pistons just came in.still going to try but i doubt it!! this def going to be a nice ski when its done,i will post more pics as i get closer to being done and a list of what i did to the motor.

finely got it done ! ended up with 1.0 mm over pro x pistons, shaved the head, msd ignition box and water injection, got rid of the seadoo mpem system, turned the start button on the bars into a holeshot button, spec 2 factory pipe w/some water injection tricks, cut some holes out in the stock water box,47-48mm buckshot billet carbs, hot tach racepak egt guage. going to get some tuning in before the next race..Click image for larger version.
