setback impeller or not?
Im getting ready to send my impeller to Speedfreaks and was wondering what you guys think on the setback mod? its about 100 bucks extra and im wondering if ppl who have had it done can chime in..
I was a bit confused at first b/c on my old gp1300r a setback mod helps to reduce cavitation and put load on the motor for holeshot.
Erik says that the impeller on the rxp is positioned differently and when doing a set back it helps the motor rev/accelerate faster.

I'd also love to hear some feedback on this mod for an RXP as it's one of my 2011 "winter mod plans"

Call speedfreaks and talk to them. Depending on your mods it may or may not be beneficial.
