Yamaha water in footwells. How to get out...

I use a petrol powered yard blower, infact, I blow down the engine bay aswell before I spray with CRC 5.56.

I use the suck pump I get the oil out with

I use a chamis towel...wring it out and repeat as necessary

Will a nice cover prevent this from happening? Its annoying having to go out there after every rain and soak up the water. You have to tilt it back really far to get the water to roll out and even then it wont get all of it. I pick mine up so the nozzle hits the ground and there's still water in the footwells

How do you get the rain water off your footwells?

I think a better question would be how to keep the rain off your ski. I keep my skis stored in the garage, I wouldn't store my ski outside exposed to the sun and rain without a cover on it. You can also put up a portable canopy, just make sure you have it secured to resist wind storms; here are some examples...

Best thing I've used is those peanut shaped sponges you get from auto zone for a couple of bucks. Simply flatten it in the foot well with your hand and it will empty it out quick.

i use a old rule 500gph bilge pump and put it in there with a 4' hose on it then hook it up to my makita drill battery

He is talking about rain water. I dont thing hammering the throttle on the trailer will remove water from the foot wells. The Yamaha SUV came stock with scupper drains in the foot-wells.
