    Solas props for rxpx 260

    Hi guys,

Just wondering who is running Solas props in the new px 260. And if u are running a SRX or a SRZ.. Do u really need to get the SRX set back for it to work safely? Or just put it in and ride? From what I hear the SRZ already is set back from factory, but I only found this out after ordering my SRX 15/20R

How many people have actually personally had problems with the X?

I ordered mine from Jerry and Riva and have the X. It's in the ski but I've not ridden it yet altho was planning to as soon as our weather breaks.

If it must be set back how is this done? I don't have a prop shop close but there is a machine shop if a part needs machining off etc.

Troy so it's just the the inner bit that is machined off right? The middle bit that u are pointing to. Making it seat a lil further in. I would like to use the srx as I already have paid for it and it's arrived at my place in Australia!

If u guys are running the SRX the machining will effectively make it a SRZ. 2.5mm according to Troy, who has run this setup on his beast

    Yes
You will also want to make sure the outer hub (the area just outside of where I am pointing) of the prop clears the pump.
