2012 VXR From Long Island, NY Checking In

A 2012 in Carbon. Just picked her up today. Did not realize maneuvering the trailer was going to be a bit of a learning curve for me. Still need to pick up a trailer jack then I'll be set. Conditions and time permitting she should be out on her maiden voyage tomorrow!!!

Thanks John! What coupler locks are you guys using? I need to pick one of those up in the morning before I get underway. I don't want to return to a missing trailer. Any one that is better or do they are have the same strength and security.

EDIT: A quick search for "trailer security" yielded some good results. Just hope I can find a store tomorrow that has one in stock.

Get a temporary one from walmart and then return it.

i'm using a master lock, but that only makes it a little harder to steal if they really want it...........

Thanks for the replies guys. Just did a search on Google and there's a West Marine a few towns over. I'm going to attempt to stop there first thing in the morning. Their web site has a whole bunch of Master Locks so I'm sure they must have something in stock there.

That VXR looks sweet! I'm most likely going to be taking off the top 2 stickers on mine as well and just leaving the one on the hull. Think I want to take the Yamaha one off the sides too. It's not a cut-out and the grey background on the sticker makes it look cheap.
