    exit nozzle

i recently removed the stock exit nozzle on my gp1200 and replaced it with an aftermarket r&d exit nozzle and i noticed there is alot or seems like alot of play on the nozzle where it is bolted to the trim ring . is this something that is normal or do i need to change the mounting bolts for the new nozzle? i know the nozzle needs to be able to pivot on the trim ring for turning and adjusting the trim. i just want to make sure this thing is mounted correctly. any input is always appreciated.

You may want to check to see if the spacer/bushings stayed in the old nozzle and not on the bolt. The bolt actually has a spacer on it where the nozzle hole is and you may have dropped it or it stayed in the old hole.

. Be sure and locktite the bolt.
