TDR waterbox for Ultra 150? Any thoughts?

Will swapping the stock waterbox on an Ultra 150 for at TDR aftermarket one, gain me anything. According to the website I can expect a small noise increase with the standard one and a large noise increase with the "powerjet" model. They also claim small horsepower gains. Anybody using one of these? I don't mind a small noise increase if I gain one or two mph.
    My ski is mostly stock.

You won't gain 1-2mph off a water box. It will sound pretty cool for the noisy one but may get annoying if you ride daily. For 1-2mph gain get a impeller/shredmaster plate.

Here is what you will gain from a TDR in an Ultra:
1- Annoying noise that is almost untolerable if riding more than 5 min
2- Dirty looks from everyone else on the water and homes near by
3- A waterbox that fits like it was designed by Ray Charles and Michael J Fox
    4- No power increase

I have had two of them in my ultras and took them out and sold them because they were pieces of crap. I thought maybe I just got a bad one for my first one, and then a year or two later, go another one, and the same thing.

There is certainly some truth to that statement - as I know 1st hand:

Concerninf "Fit" of the TDR Waterbox

I can agree 1st hand that the TDR Water Box supplied for teh Ultra-150 does not fit very well unless major modifications are conducted to it, as I have done with mine. Reference:

It's hard to say if there was a power "increase".

I like mine, yes it is loud, especially when I am flushing my ski on the garden hose - yet out in the BIG open waterway, I think it is fine there.

I have had people inquire to me, "Hey Man - You got a pipe on that thing"?
