    Angry kawasaki 300x blowing oil out the diverter valve help!!!!!!!!

    Hello guys and gals. like a month ago I bought a kawasaki 300x from bayview marina in oc nj. ski was used as a demo and had 2 hours on it, few scratches etc, which is not a big deal.
    Broke the ski in and installed a few mods. rd scom, rd wg block off, rd cold air kit, riva intake.
    Once i start the ski it gives me a fro msg which goes away after the scom install...

    when i took the intake off there was a decent amount of oil in the airbox, after installing the cold air kit from rd, i removed the diverter valve hoses that ran to the intake. now i have one filter on the diverter valve. after riding yesterday i noticed i load of milky oil all over the seat and the engine. why would i have oil and water in the intercooler? possibly head is lifting? please help thanks

    i understand that its has a ton of blow by but not that much.sat-sun a qt of oil used btw

    Most don't run that filter for that exact reason

    Most likely it's milky bc it mixed with some water in the hull splashing around when riding

    Check to make sure you're not overfull with oil that's a sure fire way to have it puke out

    On my turbo Buick I pull the intake hoses off the throttle body, intercooler, and turbo to clean light oil residue every 1000 miles. When pulling out of boost on a turbo the crank pressure is high and needs to release somewhere. Maybe this is a similiar situation with super chargers. I didnt install the Air Intake on my 300. Sounds a little excessive with that amount of oil your talking about. My 2 cents

    I have a catch can that draws vac from the intake on my evo, running 36psi through a gt35 turbo without any probless. i would drain the catch can every3-4 weeks
