A nice stocker tuned to 8050-8100 on an perfect riding day for the conditions you ride in is tough to beat.

If the ski is turning 8100 RPMs with the stock prop, your RPMs are just going to go down if you don't change anything else... It would be cheaper to pitch that prop a bit to get exactly what you want, if I were you, I would get an intake grate and a better air intake... Then you could step up to a 14/19r.

That's what I had on my ski for 7 years before I got on this website and in the last 2 years look at what happened...

Good luck with the whole "I'm just changing the prop" thing... Lol

14/19, pitched for 8100. WHEN you start modding it, you already have the prop.

For much better acceleration the skat 13/18 3 blade is a stock replacement prop. You will lose up to 1mph on top but have more fun getting there. Also, it will pull harder and hook up better than stock or a 14/17

My brother in law just got this ski. 2004 RXP STOCK

I got the history on it, dealer claims they installed a 10/21 prop stainless but it has a cast type in it. part number 267000283 was on the bill.

Reason I'm asking is it runs good but seams to be stuck at 7400 rpm.

Also the charger just had a fresh rebuild by Jerry so I don't think that's the problem.

If I pull the prop how do I know what size it is? Do the stock props have numbers on them?

No #'s on the OEM props. That part number is a stock prop. Wasn't there a piggy back knock sensor fix or something for those ski's that year?

Sometimes you have to have buds run an update for it to work
