785 gps numbers
Just curious. Ran my pro 785 on the gps today and got a best of 60.9 in 200 yard bursts. Had some small rollers so kept it at a couple hundred yards to avoid what I could. This is on my 12 vein pump. What numbers are others getting-just curious if I've got this one in the ballpark since I'm a "cough cough" yamaha guy.

12 vane pump?????? Why are you running that?
Get a 6 vane and you'll prob gain a little more top in smooth water.
Stock is 63 MPH, so you are looking good.

I like the holeshot. I've got a 6 and a bunch of 5 veins- took the 6 vein off to go 12. It hole shots unbelievable but may experiment with prop pitch and trim to see if I can get a couple more out. It's a pretty modded motor. Running 210 psi on 102 octane v force reeds. HOt seat rifle bored carbs I think every bolt on part hot seat made is on this ski. It has a drop nozzle but may adjust it up a couple more degrees really think it's A 65mph ski with some tweaking just don't want to loose the bottom end pull it has

I may try to get anouther ride in before I go to work so I can double check my rpm's. Then I'm going to repitch the impeller - swap in 5 vein and add 2 degrees to trim. What rpm is optimal on these 785s
