GTR IBR problems only 8 hours on ski.
Stop ski in the cove to jump in and cool off. Crank it back up i see the IBR flash on my screen proceeded by a long beep. Ski had no reverse or brake and would only coast at about 5mph....Took 1hr and 30mins to make it back to dock. No idea what could of caused the problem.

I think in most cases the light is triggered because of a misaligned gate or I want to say possibly the steering is off. Seems like quite a few people are having the same issue but most take it back to the dealer

Got it back from the dealer today. Said nothing was wrong with it. Accused me of hitting the brake and gas at the same time and that would of confused the computer. Also asking me if I was sure I didn't roll it. Anyways took it to the lake ran fine, then after about an hour the IBR symbol flashed on my screen after I started it back up. I then shut it off and tried it again and it never reappeared. No idea of how I can fix what is going on. Any ideas would be appreciated.

My GTX does it all the time. Pull the key off wait a couple minutes (4 minutes to be precise for the ECU to shut all the way down), put it back on and go ride... I've also seen lots of complaints on the same issue, if you figure out the cause let me know!

Exactly the first time it happened to me no reverse. Would only go about 5 mph. Just kind of thought I would atleast avoid all of this stuff when I bought a new ski instead of a used. Guess I was wrong.
