    Yamaha SUV-R

this is a project that I have worked on for the past year...the final motor swap took 2 months with an actual time of 2 weeks to install.
First the "pods" where cut off, then it was made into a 2-1/2 seater.
the entire top deck is covered with camo hydro-turf.
the ski is used for surf filming, tow in surfing, and step-offs.

the pictures from the motor swap project are here https://picasaweb.google.com/101056148805473200158/SuvR

FIRST! haha. yeah that is right, I think you bought some gpr parts from me???
send me a pm and I will shoot you my phone #. I have some very good pointers...regarding what motor mounts (yamaha oem), driveshaft options, waterbox, etc. etc
btw, fun project! the ski is really good on the water. feels very similar to a SHO

The intersting thing is the SHO motor works, with the older style FX gauge.
