I/C Hull thru Exst. question
Does the VTS have to come out completley? also did anyone have to trim or cut away there styrofoam in the rear of the ski because the rear exst was hitting it ? Id like to talk to someone that just did these two installs VIA phone if anyone can talk that just did this please let me know

no u dont have to remove the vts. just unbolt the throttle body ,which is only 4 bolts. leave everything else connected to the throttle body and just rotate it up and place it ontop of the engine out of the way. you now have room to remove the resonator. it takes a few minutes and some figuring out, but it will come out.
and yes i did take all of the styrafoam out, you might need to remove the waterbox if you want it out in one piece.

i couldn't get my resonator up through the TB location maybe i couldn't get it twisted just right but i tried, 4 me i found it a lot easier 2 remove the vts

My res. Is already out , I was asking about the I/C for the vts ... Thank u for the info on the styrofoam .. the instructions dont touch on that ..also the instructions show a picture of something with 4 holes in it to block off the stock hole.. however there is nothing with 4 holes

That plug with the four holes in it is to block the stock exhaust hole once the stock outlet is removed. The four holes are for tool to fit in to stop the plug spining.

I have an 04 and I dont have any plug with 4 holes in it ... ?
