Help me count guys! My SC failure and whats missing.

Ok if you remember my previous threads i have had some issues on my 04 GTX SC. I want o get it running by July lol So anyways a recap: Lost power so decided to do a new SC and new cylinder head because of the possibility of a dropped valve. Once i got the SC off it was missing everything. So now i had to take PTO of and driveshaft was stuck so i cut that (now looking for a used one) Luckily my SC didnt drop its gear and metal washers while it was running, i dont know how they came off during removal though. I still havent found the nut or ceramic washers. Here are some pictures:
    Old SC

Loose piece of metal that is magnetic found in PTO cover

Some shots of the inside of the PTO cover

All the gears and washers i found intact so far

So that nut im hoping is undamaged, and the ceramic washers probably shattered? So now what? Is it mostly labor at this point or any damage done that i havent gotten too yet? Thanks!

You need to find the 40 needle bearing.

They go between the gear and the shaft. The bearings are probably sticking to your magneto. That piece of metal in your #2 pic looks like one that has been flattened...

where the gear runs on the shaft the needles go in there if you sit the gear on the shaft now you will see the big gap the needles fill. take the front oil pump housing off the needles often end up in there as well as all through the motor.
