Does this sound about right for my mods? Should I tweak my prop
I have a 2006 RXP215. I took it out today for the 1st time since last year and doing a few mods. I saw 79mph @ 7850rpm on gps yesterday in 95 degree heat on fairly choppy water. My AFR at full throttle is 12.0 and i'm seeing 11psi boost. Does this sound about right? Should I tweak the prop to get to 8150rpm? will I gain any speed from this?
I have the following mods:
Et137 supercharger wheel
rear exit air intake under seat
thru hull exhaust
rear pro block offs
15/22 solas prop(untouched)
riva intake grate

Pretty good numbers for the heat. I would tweak the prop a little though. You will gain top end speed.

79 mph is more than I would have expected w/ the mods you have

very good numbers..... 2mm to that prop and you will pick up speed... but yes alot faster than id expect.... just makes me more excited for when i install my 137

95 degree heat,35% humidity and turning 7850 RPM i would not touch a thing....Once temps get back to normal your RPMs will be back up around 8100..if anything maybe a tiny tweek to the trailing edge but i would not get carried away..Tweek it to much and your gonna be all over the limiter once the temps drop to normal...And im with the other guys..your speed at them rpms on a 137mm wheel is sick...your the only one i have heard of to do that on a 137mm wheel..get 300 RPM back and theoretically it should see 81 mph....which is the fastest ive seen or heard of on a stock ECU with a 137mm wheel...

im going to try sno for mine to be like that too... i have ZERO heat fade with my ski... im never down on rpms no matter how hot it is.... i can ride all morning and afternoon with a hot ski and still turn 8100. im running 77 mph at 8100 now with the et 127 so it looks very promising once i add my et 137

I agree with sno. I would do a little to the trailing edge. I thought your numbers were great in the heat.

Pull that impeller and put it back in the box.......use it for the Cooler months. Buy another impeller and have it pitched for summer use. Or, you can be a knucklehead like me and use an adjustable nozzle!
