What kind of mph gains could I see from this plate? I have a 2010 FX SHO Stage 1 kit minus the prop & ride plate, I'm running a stock re-pitched prop. Will it mess with the speedo reading like an aftermarket plate? Will it hurt rough water handling?

2.5 to 3 with good handling. I have tried every plate and there is no after market plate that handles the rough like a modded stock plate.
