    Steering Alignment

When the bars are straight the ski goes to the right. Is this an easy fix? How do you go about fixing it? The ski is a 2008 STX15. Thanks!

its in your manual, adjust the fitting on your steer cable at the jet nozzle

Remove the attaching bolt from steering arm to nozzle. Undo the locking nut behind the adjuster, turn adjuster one turn anti-clockwise. lock up the locknut, re-attach to nozzle and test. If now okay remove attaching bolt and locktight it backdown. If still going right adjust again and locktight when correct adjustment reached. You can also measure distance from each side of nozzle to reverse gate and adjust till equal distance on both sides.

use ratchet straps to keep the bars from moving, its not too bad to do alone.

+1, and use an 18" 2x4 against the nozzle and measure against the hull and make them the same distance. If your ski leans to the right when your done something went terribly wrong and you should immediatley start a new thread inquiring about such a phenomenon.

I was just kidding about the leaning part
