GP1200R, GP1300R and 1390 CNC Machined OEM Heads

I have GP1200R 66V, GP1300R 60T and GP1390R 66V CNC machined OEM heads available. These will give 145-150 PSI compression and are pump gas safe. They will work on any motor ported or not.

The 1300R heads have been decked and the squish band cut and blended into the dome to achieve 43cc, this will give 145-150 psi compression on 91 octane pump gas.

The 1200R heads have been decked and the squish band cut and blended into the dome to achieve 41cc, this will give 145-150 PSI compression on 91 octane pump gas.

The squish band width, angle, depth and radius was computer designed by Lowell Horning using TSR software. www.2-stroke-porting.com

Every head is cut and measured on the CNC machine to achieve the desired size and cc volume.

On the 60T 1300 Heads the volume of the #3 dome is 2-3cc greater than #1 and #2, this will result in slightly lower compression on #3. This was designed in by Yamaha, the dome itself on #3 is deeper than the other two.

This is a great Modification for any ski, will work with stock or ported cylinders. This will give an incredible amount of power in the bottom end and improve acceleration.

Cost of the 1300 60T head is $275 outright, if you have a good undamaged core and wish to trade it in I will give you $100 back upon receipt of your core. If you have a damaged core head, or it is excessively corroded, I can give partial credit back on that as well. I would need to see pictures of it first. if there is metal imbedded in the head or broken or stripped exhaust risers I can't use it.

Cost of the 1200 66V head is $250 outright, if you have a good undamaged core and wish to trade it in I will give you $75 back upon receipt of your core. If you have a damaged core head, or it is excessively corroded, I can give partial credit back on that as well, I would need to see pictures of it first. if there is metal imbedded in the head, or it has stripped bolt holes I can't use it.

Shipping is extra please send me your address and desired shipping method, and I will get you a shipping quote. I use UPS and USPS.

Parts for sale on ebay as well.

    Thanks
    Bill

    I have (0) 1300R, (1) 1390 66V and (1) 1200R head left, the 1200 head is silver

Yours turned out nice, after you sanded and painted it. Post up the pic.
Here is one I bead blasted and epoxy coated, for a motor build i just finished for a friend in Massachusetts. He wanted to keep that old school 1200R look, even though he upgraded to 1300 60T cylinders.

Got to love the bump in low end response and acceleration, with a cut head.
