Sleeve rust, what shall I do?

I was wondering if I need to replace the sleeve or wipe ir off. There is a lil rust dust( if I can call it that.) I dont want it to become a problem down the road. Can I jsut clean it off. maybe put some oil on it. The rust is sort of a bead of water on sleeve not rust on sleeve itself. Click image for larger version.

It looks light enough to just wipe it down with oil and it'll be fine

I'd wipe it down and see how it goes before I'd hone it with a drill hone. Those things aren't real great.

I'd probably even consider a light amount of Iron Out when cleaning it up, then wipe it down with a little trans fluid to hold it over.

If you do hone it, DO NOT use a ball hone. Those are terrible. Use one of these, http://www.google.com/products/catal...d=0CMUBEPMCMAA

Around here we call them monkey hones (not sure why), I can't think of the proper name at the moment.
