Ride plate bolts backed out and the hull had water in it.

    Ski is an 2001 GP1200R

Took it out today for the first time since I got it fixed. The motor had moved back on me into the I-shaft. I get it back on the trailer after for and see that the bottom is full of water. Filled the hull up with water and posted a video of where it is coming out. The ride plate bolts also backed out about half of the length of the bolt. Why would they do that they have been in there for 11 years and never been taken out? That rubber seal that you can see hanging below the wear ring I am guessing it is not suppose to be like that. I need help

    EDIT

It could not have been the bildge because it was stopped so nothing could come back up it the wrong way

pretty bad video so you cant see too well. I sy you need to seal that pump shoe lots of issues will go away. as for the plate you did say you just had it worked on right?

No sir. It is the stock plate. As far as I know the bolts in it have never been touched I know I have not and I have had it for 3 years and never had an issue with them backing out. The motor moved on me and slide back into the I-Shaft. I thought that it might not be sealed up good enough but no water was coming out from that area. The water was coming out behind the transom plate. Could it be that when I am on the throttle the I-shaft is shifting a little and allowing water in? I know that it is not coming from the bildge because I found out that was clogged.

Ok got to thinking today while i was at work. I never had this problem before so it is either coming from the intermediate shaft not sealed or the rubber hose that goes over the shaft
