    Welcome to the hulk!

First question: Was the lanyard installed? Sounds stupid, but I cant tell you how many times I have an issue that ends up being that I forgot to plug in the lanyard.

If not that, download the manual and start troubleshooting things like the stop switch, etc.

    Hope this helps!

Thanks all i am new to this forum thing. but yes lanyard instaled and still no spark. it did this once last year and it started back working on its own. is there a way to bypass the lanyard switch to check and see if that is the problem?

Yes I looked at the link but couldn't really find anything on this. If you can steer me to it I would appreciate it

Find a service manual. That is what will assist you with troubleshooting. Specifically look at the section "Keeping your Polaris PWC on the water" under "First things to do" in the link above. These links can be found at the bottom of the pages as sub-categories. Due to the structure of the web site, I cant link you directly. PM me if you need additional help.
