Runs rough after sitting for a year

    2002 gtx 4tec. Has a about 60 hours. Sat
for a year had stabil in fuel tank. Installed new odyssey battery and put in 5 gallons fresh gas
Runs very rough. It will idle but rough. Rev it
up and it sometime feels like all three cylinders
kick in and runs great then one falls out? I was thinking about replacing
plugs first? I've seen mention of coil packs. And to check for
fuel injectors flowing? How do I do that ?

Thanks for the help in advance as I am a newbie to
    the forum.

I would start with a new set of sparkplugs .... I'm sure thats probably it.

Definitely change your spark plugs, im sure that will fix it. If not then start looking into coil packs, gas, etc

Some fresh fuel & plugs, Stablizer will prevent some gas from going bad? But it really depends on the quality of Gasl it was added to. It also changes the properties of your fuel.

I would also run a double dose of Injector cleaner thru it with the 1st couple tanks of fuel.
After the 1st tank is empty then change the plugs again. They are cheap and foul out very easy on old fuel.
I would pump that old fuel out..
It's a lot safer than plugging the fuel system or plugging an Injector and burning up a cylinder.

It's going to run like crap till all the old fuel is burnt thru or pumped out so when you doo go get plugs pick up extras...
