Yale Dean Placed on Leave over Yelp Reviews Calling People ‘White Trash

HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — A Yale University dean has been placed on leave over offensive reviews she made on Yelp, including one in which she refers to customers of a local restaurant as “white trash.”

Pierson College Dean June Chu issued a public apology Saturday after reviews from her personal Yelp account began circulating at the Ivy League school.
Pierson Head Stephen Davis sent an email Thursday informing members of the residential college that Chu had been placed on leave after he discovered there were numerous “reprehensible posts,” not the two he had been led to believe existed.

one down many more to go....

imagine I said something derogatory and racist here....but we don't roll that way.

People in positions of authority and control should remember they represent a little more then their personal opinion when making statements in thier own name ( had she used a pseudo name, this would have been a non news story. I was called racist in a yelp review once when I refused to work on a spit and bailing wire special. Yelp pulled the review after hearing from the "family attorney".

Thousands Of Able-Bodied Adults In Georgia Drop From Food Stamp Rolls After Work Requirements Instituted…

    Taxpayer relief.

    Via WISTV:

More than half of food stamp recipients in 21 Georgia counties have been dropped from the program after the state instituted work requirements.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports (http://bit.ly/2qYFi8Q ) state figures released this week reveal that 11,779 people considered able-bodied without children were required to find work by April 1 to continue receiving food stamps. Sixty-two percent were dropped after the deadline, whittling the number of recipients to 4,528.

State officials began enforcing the work mandate in 2016, and plan to expand work requirements to all 159 counties by 2019. Around 1.6 million Georgia residents use food stamps, which are funded with federal dollars managed by the state Department of Family and Child Services.

A DCFS spokeswoman says the department has offered help with job search and training to affected recipients.

US Army lost track of $1 billion worth of arms & equipment in Iraq, Kuwait

A newly released declassified audit from the US Department of Defense shows that negligent accounting by the military has resulted in the Pentagon not knowing what happened to more than $1 billion in arms and equipment meant for the Iraqi Army.

The Office of Inspector General for the Pentagon's findings from September 2016 was made public Wednesday as a result of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request from human rights group Amnesty International.

    — RT America (@RT_America) March 22, 2017

Over $1 billion worth of arms and military equipment designated under the Iraq Train and Equip Fund (ITEF) and meant to assist the Iraqi government in combatting Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL), was not accounted for, the DOD audit found.

The Army’s 1st Theater Sustainment Command “did not have effective controls to maintain complete visibility and accountability of ITEF equipment in Kuwait and Iraq prior to transfer to the Government of Iraq,” the audit said.

“This audit provides a worrying insight into the US Army’s flawed – and potentially dangerous – system for controlling millions of dollars worth of arms transfers to a hugely volatile region,” Patrick Wilcken, Amnesty International’s Arms Control and Human Rights Researcher, said in the announcement on the group’s website.

“It makes for especially sobering reading given the long history of leakage of US arms to multiple armed groups committing atrocities in Iraq, including the armed group calling itself the Islamic State.”

The ITEF began as a $1.6 billion program, but last year, Congress appropriated $715 million more to it.

    From Steven Crowder:

If you want to practice Islam in the inconsequential, semi-secular sense. Fine. But the only way to solve this problem is to recognize that POLITICAL Islam and anyone who follows its prescription is inherently incompatible with western values.

    That means:

Want sharia courts? You're not welcome.
Think it's okay to marry a 6 year old? You're not welcome.
Think it's okay to strike your wife for ANY reason? You're not welcome.
Believe in ANY kind of punishment for apostasy? You're not welcome.
Believe in ANY kind of punishment for "blasphemy"? You're not welcome.

    Period.

These are the kinds of values that progressives would defend against any radical Christians who believe any of the above. And rightfully so. So why can't we all agree on these universally? Anyone who holds any of those beliefs is by definition, incompatible with the western world. People are giving President Trump crap for calling them "losers".

Listen, the guy isn't eloquent, but he's right. These terrorists fear shame more than death. It's why Abu Graib was such an outrage when American, female soldiers stripped them naked and laughed at them while dogs barked. To them, that is a far greater punishment than death or even torture.

If any American received said treatment at the hands of ISIS, we'd thank the lord above that we weren't being burnt alive in cages. We don't merely punish terrorists through death. We punish them through shame. At least ONE leader is willing to give it the old college try.

So today, I stand with the President of the United States, instead of trying to mince words on social media and virtue-signal about how much "unity" we need. We don't need "unity". We need an alliance. There's a difference. The western world needs to ally themselves against the evil that is political Islam.

To unite with it's practitioners would be to unite with evil. Anyone who sees that as a virtue is simply enabling evil and by proxy, is evil themselves.

Vets Boycott USAA For Pulling Hannity Ads

USAA joins leftist campaign to shut down free speech

USAA is the latest company to pull its advertising from Sean Hannity’s show following a string of ad cancellations from numerous companies after the Fox News host started focusing on murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich and his reported ties to WikiLeaks.

The financial services company, which caters to military members and their families, made a statement on Twitter that it had discontinued running its ads during Hannity because it was against company policy to have “ads running during certain opinion-based programs” – a policy which USAA apparently didn’t enforce before.

@USAA @hannity You're boycotting Hannity to please a few liberal trolls, so now we're going to boycott your company @USAA because we think you're garbage.
    — Mark Dice (@MarkDice) May 26, 2017

Several companies, including Cars.com and Peloton, have already suspended their advertising from Hannity’s show after the host looked into the possibility that Seth Rich was killed because he was allegedly a Wikileaks source.

Hannity then accused liberal lobbying organization Media Matters for America (MMFA) of “liberal fascism,” claiming they were mounting a targeted campaign against him after they released a list of companies that advertised during Hannity’s show.

Hey @USAA pulled advertising from Hannity. Claim to be banking for the military. I hope EVERY active/veteran military BOYCOTT them!

Merkel Land: Woman Shows Injuries After Being Beaten by Migrants

Respondents call victim "racist" for complaining about it

A video that has gone viral on Facebook shows a German woman covered in bruises explaining how she was beaten by migrants for daring to respond to them calling her a “bitch”.

The clip, uploaded by the victim Stefanie Kirchhoff, has received almost 500,000 views since it was posted on Wednesday. In it, Kirchoff sardonically thanks Angela Merkel for opening the country’s borders to such ‘cultural enrichment’.

She has several huge welts and contusions all over her face as a result of the beating.

Showing how truly deluded many Germans are about the migrant crisis, some respondents to her Facebook post accused the woman of being a racist or staging the incident to make money.

???????? Merkelland: German woman shows violent injuries that she get from a migrant after she told him that she is not a bitch! Thanks Merkel! pic.twitter.com/VhUA2Gneax
    — Onlinemagazin (@OnlineMagazin) May 25, 2017

Germany has experienced a surge in violent crimes since it began accepting “refugees” back in 2015. A report released last year by Germany’s Interior Ministry found that an extra 402,741 crimes were committed by migrants, with non-Germans accounting for 27.6 percent of total offences.

Despite verbal abuse, harassment, sexual assaults and rapes of women becoming commonplace, the German media and government has instead concentrated on ‘thought crimes’ committed by so-called right-wingers.

A Twitter account that carried reports about migrant crimes has been completely blocked in Germany and France.

    But...but...but...nothing to do with islam.

Manchester Suicide Bomber’s Sister: He Did It Out of “Love for Islam”

The sister of Salman Abedi told reporters he launched his suicide attack on a concert out of “love for Islam.”

    The Telegraph reported:

Salman Abedi launched his suicide attack out of ‘a love of Islam’ and in twisted revenge for US airstrikes on Syria, his sister has claimed.

Jamona Abedi failed to condemn her brother’s murderous actions but instead claimed to offer an explanation for the atrocity, in which 22 innocent people, many of them children, were killed.

Miss Abedi, who lives in the Libyan capital Tripoli, said her brother had become increasingly violent over the course of the past year, convinced that Muslims were under attack both in the UK and abroad.

He did it out of love for Islam.

At this point, do you think he's intentionally wallowing in his thickening hypocrapsy as another slap to Americans? I do.
