Nu Finish Car Polish on VXR

    Hey,

Is Nu Finish Polish "The once a year car polish", good to use on the paint of the VXR? It works great on my car but I wanted to make sure it's safe on my VXR before I ruin the paint job on it.

    Thanks.

Don't waste your money. Best products in my opinion are in this order:
    1) Collinite 920 boat cleaner
    2) Collinite 885 fleetwax

    What he said...

Using car wax on a boat or PWC is safe and will look good initially but it just won't last--- most cases a few weeks or a few rides.
Use a good boat wax like Collinite and it will last.

It might not last as long, but if you already own it I don't see how it could hurt using it.

Even the good Mequires car waxes only last a ride on the Mississippi, then the darn water spots take over.

Best we have used is buff magic in he spring followed by pro polish.

Should last a season, or half a year. Certainly does in fresh water.

Remember obviously that polishes are not the same thing as waxes. I went with Meguiars marine wax. Looks great and works well.

I just actually used Nu Finish on my VXS and it looks great. Took it out riding for a long weekend and it looks like I just did it. If it holds up is yet to be seen, but I used some marine stuff last year and after one ride it was already crap. So far, Nu Finish has beat the two marine compounds I used last year.

Your confusing compound, polish and wax functions, you meant marine waxes?
