Damaged crank and oil pumps, worth holding on to or scrap em?
I have some stuff I have been tripping over at home because I really wasn't sure if I should junk them or not.
The crank from my 05 RXP spun the #3 rod and main. I have heard of some people resurfacing and using BMW bearings (or something)
I also have front oil pumps and rear PTO covers that have scored pumps. I know you can get new rotor, shaft and covers and have also seen some people sand/polish out the scores in the housings
I am at the point or cleaning up around here and just trying to figure out what to do.
