    synching carbs..How?

I've synch'd carbs on atvs and street bikes but never on a PWC. Is the method the same? Using a vacuum port and a gauge or is it just visual by referencing the butterflies?

If your intake manifold has ports on it, you can do it that way. Otherwise, I have sync'd mine by setting the first butterfly, using the idle screw, to allow a 1/16" drill bit to just pass by. Then I adjust the other two so the 1/16" bit fits the same. Learned that somewhere on here.......

drill bit? interesting. Not sure if mine has the vacuum ports or not. I guess I'll chk it out.

btw mine is an '95 SL750.

separate question..do I have to have x # of posts to update my sig line? I can't seem to find the option in settings..

Anything that will give you a small consistant spacing should work. Use the smooth, not drill, part of the bit.

Don't know about the sig line thing.... On the very top of the web site, your name, notifications, my profile, and settings. If you click on settings, down on the left side you should have an "Edit signature" link........

The 95s do not have the vacuum port hookups. The drill bit method is outlined in the Polaris manual.

Nice chopper in your pic there. I used to fly RC planes and race RC cars. And I have an RC boat powered by a modified weedwacker engine.....Damn. I should bring that to the gathering......
