xs IC install on rxpx with stock bracket, Water routing help please.

so obviously the xs IC has the water inlet and outlet on opposite sides of it. how did you guys run your hoses in the rear? also the 1/4" bleed hose, where did you guys install yours?

2nd , is it necessary to weld the fitting or will pipe joint compound be enough for all 3?

i usually slide the hoses ( front and rear) onto the barb fittings, and secure them with hose clamps.

the short hose with the T is the water inlet correct? does this go to the rear of the Intercooler, and the longer hose goes( by bellows) go to the front by the air side?

The size of the bolts for the IC sides should be 10MM. It doesn't matter on that cooler which line goes to the front and which goes to the back.

i got 2 m10 x 1.50 for them. thanks for the reply on the routing.

Mr fizzle , i drilled, tapped and installed a 1/8 npt fitting in the upper right corner of the IC for the bleed mod, i believe this fitting's ID is slightly larger than the stock one, will this be ok ?
