    1200 cylinders all aluminum nikasil plated or steel sleeve from OEM. maybe SBT rebuil

    i know SBT is a sleever on all the rebuilds they do and the engine i pulled has sleeves in all cylinders and had a SBT starter on it also. wondering if it was a sbt rebuild at one time? did the 2000 genesis di 1200 come with steel sleeves OEM or where they nikasil plated aluminum bore?

    trying to decide whether to offer it up as a complete or part it out down to cases?

    Only the Pro 785 and MSX engines were factory Nicasil cylinders.

    As far as I know all other Polaris PWC engines were factory sleeved.

    Yes.

    Across all the domestic 2-stroke engines, all had OEM sleeves except the MSX 140.
