I have a 98 tigershark 770L. This machine runs perfectly. However when I shut it off, if I don't restart it within about 30 seconds, it is flooded and won't restart. I have checked the carbs and there are no fuel leaks into the carb. It seems the rear cylinder is flooding. I just can't figure out how the fuel is entering the cylinder.
