1994 750SS XI Steering came loose on first time out!

I took my ski out for the first time after getting it running and after about two hours, the bars were moving back and forth. I pulled the bar mount off (easy since I have renthals with an R&D mount). I was able to crank the castle nut down an additional turn. The steering has never been apart. What am I going to find wrong when I pull it apart? I have access to a complete steeering system that bolts to the top of the hull but it doesn't seem like it would need the entire thing.

    Thanks!

Don't know what you'll find. Mine was loose, too. 'Ski wouldn't spin or turn sharp. Finally took it apart and found everything loose and things had not been put together right since previous repairs.
