Thread: Main nozzle?

Hello! Im sitting here with my carbs, from my XL700. I am checking everything so its ok/ right size. i have found main jet, pilot jet. but was is main nozzle? where is it on the carbs? I have used google and checked manuals, but i havent found what that is.
maybe my english knowledge is not good enough

Is "needle valve assembly" the same thing as main nozzle?

Where did you see anything about a "main nozzle"? Maybe there's some confusion with the main jet.

I would not worry about the nozzle, I think that has something to do with something internal in the carb that is not replacable like the feed to the round ring in the carb throat.

I think that might be the size of the hole that feeds the atomizer. I just looked up what mine is for the GP1200 44s, and it says 3.2 mm. But I agree, dont worry about it. Its not something that you can change.
