don't take it to the dealer for a rebuild, send it to jerry. It's a wear and tear item and general maint. the dealer is going to charge you to rebuild it and it's going to be major bucks! probably the cost of a new charger from the store, it's around 400 to send it to jerry.

+1... If the dealer doesn't have a good water tech (many don't) they will just screw up the charger and anything else they touch. They are good at seling ski's but bad at repairing them... Do as Jhill suggested...

That's called getting raped.. my stealer charges 100 an hour lol they don't touch my ski. Only time they see it is if i need to hook it up to buds to clear a code or something and then I'm the one doing the work.

You will still need to take it to the dealer to reset the SC Maint light when it goes off-I think it comes on at around 110 hours(been awhile for me-so don't remember).
Take your receipt from whomever you had do the rebuild into the dealer, and have them reset the light. If they won't do it, find another dealer.
And, for warranty purposed keep all the receipts. You will need to buy the rebuild kit(around $300), remove and replace the super-charger yourself is pretty easy, and send it out to someone for the rebuild. As long as you have dated receipts(I write the date/hours in my owners manual, and write the hours on receipts), you should have no problem with your warranty.
