SJL Custom Turbo Setup
Hey everyone. Just wanted to share a few pics of the turbo setup we have been working on for the last little while. We have designed it to fit as OEM as possible and able to fit a wide array of turbo manufacturers and sizes. Initially designed to just be a supercharger replacement kit, it has been developed to support many power setups. This kit will support any Garrett GT(X) 25,28,30, Precision, and the best of all, Borg Warner EFR Turbo. The Borg Warner is the one used in the pics. It even allows for the use of a twin charger setup if someone really wants to get hairy. All OEM piping and tubing can be retained. There is no need to relocate the factory intercooler or coolant tank. Everything will be waterjacketed from manifold to tip. The exhaust even has the option of exiting the turbo back into the factory waterbox and exhaust hosing for a super quiet operation. We didnt have to modify anything in order to fit this setup. Only modification to the machine was slight trimming of the plastic seat support. 100% reversable. These pics were taken three months ago, so the exhaust housing isnt waterjacketed, the turbo support bracketing isnt shown, and the replacement aluminum coolant tank isnt installed.
Twin Charger Setup
More pics to come.

Awesome bro glad to hear it. You plan on pushing the ski anymore or happy with 80 mph

Like to get 85 mph but I'm not real sure how to do it at the moment. Depth the prop a bit I guess and rev it a little harder.
