    i was running 8600 rpm when my seadoo made a nasty sound and dropped rpms.

    what do you guys think would cause the rod bearing to fail? this engine was just rebuilt with all new bearings too.

    Rod bearings aren't supposed to fit together like that

    your engine must of been tight to sit on that rpm
