    2000 slx 1050 igntion update?

    Can someone please tell me what the part number is for an ignition update for a 2000 slx 1050? Also, where can I get it? Any advice on installation would be appreciated.

    I thought the updates were for only the pre-1999 models. Can someone verify that?

    Pre-2000 (1996-1999) red domestic engines are candidates for Ignition System Upgrade Kits.

    All 1200 engines already have Gen III ignitions, even the 1999 models.
