    I need to know if my spark plugs are burning lean?????? help,help,help.....!!!!!!!!!!

    I Only have one more question, my spark plugs they are tan and I'm worried as they are burning lean or is it ok. Here I took a picture so you can give me your opinion ..............................................than k you very much in advance

    Going to need a lot more info than that.

    What kind of ski is it, is that a plug chop or is that just pulled after driving back to the dock. Yes that plug looks dry but so do mine if I just pull them, two strokes don't really work that way. Honestly the safest and most reliable way it to check your piston wash, also the only way to really tune your motor. Look up some threads on piston wash and pick up a small bore light and check yours out. Assuming you have a 2 stroke.

    Its definately not rich, need info, year, model, has fuel system been gone through, ethanol fuel, how far have you driven it wide open?

    I have a 1998 polaris slth 700c two strokes. I used 93 octane with 10% ethanol. speed 42 @ 6250rpm WOT

    Ok but is this plug a picture of a plug chop or just the result of loading it and pulling it at your house, either way I would never risk my motor to a plug reading, you gotta look at your wash.

    the plug rim looks a little wet. so it can be good. though wash will determine true piston/plug operation.

    it was after a good ride (WOT) for about 10 - 15 min
