    750 mag end seal

    93 750 front seal went, iinstalled new seal but hit the rivits in the flywheel,i put it in up to the lip on the seal ,does it have to go flush with the caseing ??

    Depends on how much bore you have to work with. I usually push seals as far as they will go, but at least flush. Look at the shaft to see if there is a groove worn in it. If so, try to get the lip of the seal to ride in a different spot of the shaft. Some equipment has an extra deep bore just for this purpose, but I doubt a JetSki would.
