    msx150

I think I got the beast going. I cleaned the map sensors lowered the oil level and disconnected one of the temp sensors.
It now revs 100% it just flashes and says check engine cause the disconnected sensor. Very fast machine can't wait to try it in smooth water. Now I need to find the faulty sensor somewhere.
I couldn't have done it without these posts

Now the battery isn't charging. Is there a fuse somewhere?
    Where is the regulator located?
