If it were mine, I'd be looking at upgrading the internals (pistons, rods, crack re-balance, valve retainers) ASAP.
Trust me, it's mods best done when you choose to, not have to due to catastrophic failure.
Once the internals are up to the task, perhaps upgrade to the Vortech V-50 and supporting mods? At that point going w/ the Rotax pump or 160mm pump?

if i will go for the Vortech V-50 .. what parts required to be fixed or changed ?

You need too add "either the Riva supercharger gear dampener or R&D Superclutch Drive Gear when using this big boost supercharger."
Additional components may be required, I'll bow out and let someone who has actually done the mod comment further.

i've been told from a guy who works with Yamaha team that Vortech is a vx and vxr setup

Vortech v50 would be like jumping 13 +lbs boost more then current b1 wheel which is crazy. If I were you I would just get etech 15.5 so you wouldn't have to spend all the money and time on built motor.

I'd just get the 3 items listed and see where your comfort level is from there. I'm not sure if he's on the stock ecu or a reflash judging by his post but if not then I'd imagine that vi-pec would make quite a difference.

Just saying, if it were mine and I was looking for maximum speed, I'd do the internals then go for what others are reporting gives the most bang for the buck. Vipec may be a safer alternative to the early R2, but the "planning to get" mods list as listed in the OP is very close to what I was running, when my engine failed catastrophically.
Vipec, B1 & supporting mods - vs - Vortec + VTec stage 4 (w 1000cc injectors). Build price is close to the same but there's a whole lot more bang for the buck on the latter.

I get what Kelly is saying. With vipec being in the mods list, that tells me he wants to take it to a higher level than the 'ol R3 with a ET lb wheel set up. If this guy wants big boost and high RPMs, he should build the motor first then start the bolt-ons.
