Leak - Best start to repair????

Yo all you guys, have an issue with my '97 GTX

Here is the photo I took, tough to get camera buried under there but this is what I got.. It is spraying a bit, not a ton of pressure of course, but where do I start? Take the top off and check for a bad gasket? Not a grease monkey, but can get my way around things if needed.

    is that the cylinder?

the base gasket is leaking - you will need to remove the top end and purchase a gasket kit and replace it..

Right now you are lucky it is just pissing water from the cooling jacket - rather then sucking air and water into the cylinder itself..

OK, cool. It only ran for 90 seconds and I had the seat off and noticed the spray. I will find a gasket, thx.

Do I get a "top end" gasket kit? I am surfing the web and am seeing that. Or is it an exhaust gasket kit?

    Thx again in advance!
