Looking at an 06 RXP but rear plug has corrision, looking for suggestions

The doo turns for 2 pops with the plug removed then wont turn, but the rear plug had a light brown crust on it that closed the gap on the plug, this thing has sat for I'm guessing around a year on a lift and was only ran in salt water, it only has 38 hours on it, Doing a compression test tomorrow, but if it is good, I am thinking bad gas dried up and caused this problem on the plug and the ground needs cleaned, there is a new battery in it, anybody have any suggestions on what may have caused the crust on the spark plug, these would be my first seadoo's and I am not to familiar with the cooling system, but I am getting 2-06 RXP's with 38 and 44 hours on them for about 3500 and 3 days labor, I want these doos but don't want a headache either, I also plan to do the charger washers first thing. any suggestions would be helpful.............THANKS

    Welcome to GreenHulk.

Sounds like something is up on that one cylinder, something not good. Maybe water intrusion.

The only thing I can see if intrusion is the case, would be the block or the head gasket, based on what I know about seadoo's, always had Yamaha's,

hopefully the compression test will tell, they may have the old exhaust valves anyway that would have rusted and busted.

Head gasket possibly. Compression test will give more clues.

Yea, I am thinking that to, but the plug usually get mashed when that happens.

The 2 skis running are worth the job but one isn't, I already have a blown 1200 Yamaha I can yank the motor on

I would rather take the day off and use one of my blasters that rip or go fishing
