'12 GTR.....ski gets wet, I accelerate, face gets pelted with water!!

Is anyone else bothered by the water pelting you in the face on your new GTR 215 (GTI hull I think....learning) after the front of the ski gets wet?

If the front of my ski gets wet from my bud spraying me (I let him....its 100 out there LOL), or from me spinning around, once I get going, say past 30mph or so, water from the front of the ski (not sure where its pooling up.....maybe that lip on front?) starts hitting me in the face to the point I need to stand up (prefer not to wear glasses/goggles).

Anyone else experiencing this? If so, is there a fix (besides standing up or wearing eye protection)?

    Thanks guys,

I have not rode a GTR, but I would think it should not be that wet of a ride.

Its not a wet ride like I have it trimmed way down and water is spraying up and over......its more like there is water pooling up on that black lip on front and slowly hitting me in the face.

    Anyone else??

I have a new gtr, it is a very dry ridding hull but I you purposely get the front end wet of course the water is going to blow back at you when your going 60mph just like any other ski, bike, car. I guess you can get it to go away with a windshield?

Ok, I see now. My 2012 Px does the same thing.
I wear sunglasses all the time when I ride. I have taken bugs off the lense and I would have maybe lost an eye without them.

My only other seadoos were 96XPs and a 98 GSX LTD and none of them did this.....guess its just a special feature of having a new hull......oh well.
